    Peet Ltd (ASX: PPC) develops and markets master-planned residential communities as well as medium-density townhouses and apartments across Australia. The company was founded in 1895 and is among Australia's largest ASX-listed land developers.

    Peet touts its funding model as a key differentiator in its business operations. It funds its developments through a combination of company-owned projects, funds management projects, and joint ventures. Peet pioneered retail land syndication in Australia, providing opportunities for small, institutional, and wholesale investors to participate in land development projects.

    The company earns revenue from the sale of land, underwriting, capital raising, and asset identification services. Its ongoing project-related revenue comes from project management, selling fees, and performance fees. Its company-owned projects account for the majority of Peet's revenue.
