As a trained chemical engineer with combined knowledge of bulk commodities and strong financial acumen he provides financial and corporate advisory services to several mining companies. He has a successful track record in capital raisings, restructures and executing highly complex transactions across private and public markets.

Mr Plaggemars is an experienced company director with a deep background in corporate finance, corporate strategy and governance. He has served on the Board of Directors of many listed and unlisted companies in a variety of industries including mining, agriculture, shipping, construction and investments.
