Although the local market pushed higher on Tuesday, not all shares were able to follow the market higher.

Some even fell to a 52-week low or worse. Here are three that caught my eye, is there a buying opportunity here?

The Carnegie Clean Energy Ltd (ASX: CCE) share price plunged over 27% on Tuesday to reach a new multi-year low of 1.6 cents. Shareholders of the wave energy clean technology development company don't appear to be overly impressed with its decision to offload its Energy Made Clean business to Tag Pacific Limited (ASX: TAG) for 58.5 million Tag shares. This is despite management's belief that it will create one of the region's largest, specialist engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and build, own, operate (BOO) specialists in the growing off-grid and fringe-of-grid solar, battery and, microgrid markets.

The Marley Spoon (ASX: MMM) share price has had a disappointing start to life on the Australian share market. Its shares fell to a new low of $1.02 on Tuesday before closing the day at $1.10. The meal delivery company's shares have now fallen 22.5% from its IPO price of $1.42. Investors appear to have been put off by the company's FY 2018 forecast of revenue of EUR93 million and a net loss of EUR32.3 million. While I do like the look of the company and the space it operates in, I don't intend to invest until its operations are running close to breakeven.

The Onemarket Ltd (ASX: OMN) share price is another recent listing on the decline. The retail technology company's shares tumbled to a new low of $1.13 on Tuesday. Onemarket demerged from Westfield Corp (ASX: WFD) in May and had traded as high as $1.76 shortly after hitting the ASX boards. According to the AFR, chairman Steven Lowy warned investors to treat Onemarket as being riskier than a real estate company. Considering Westfield shareholders were typically of the low risk variety, this appears to have led to many shareholders offloading shares no sooner than they received them. I think it is one to keep an eye on, but I'm not a buyer just yet.

The S&P/ASX 200 (Index: ^AXJO) (ASX: XJO) has bounced back from a weak start and is now up a solid 0.2% to 5,890 points in afternoon trade.

Four shares that have climbed more than most today are listed below. Here's why they have posted strong gains:

The AMP Limited (ASX: AMP) share price is up 3.5% to $5.21 after the financial services company reported its half-year result. According to the release, underlying group profit increased 114% on the prior corresponding period to $1.04 billion. The main driver of this growth was the return to profit of its Australian wealth protection business. This managed to offset a 2.5% decline in profit from its Australian wealth management business.

The Carnegie Clean Energy Ltd (ASX: CCE) share price has climbed 11% to 4 cents. This morning the clean energy company advised that its subsidiary's joint venture with Lendlease Group (ASX: LLC) has been awarded a $6.8 million contract for the supply, delivery and installation of a 5MW Battery Energy Storage System facility located in Kalbarri for Western Power.

The National Australia Bank Ltd (ASX: NAB) share price is up 2.5% to $28.94 after the banking giant released its quarterly update. That release revealed that NAB's December quarterly cash earnings improved 3% over the prior corresponding period to $1.65 billion as revenue increased by 1%. Whilst I felt this was a reasonably unspectacular result from the bank, I think its shares are quite attractive at the current share price.

The SG Fleet Group Ltd (ASX: SGF) share price has jumped almost 8% to $4.30 despite there being no news out of the fleet management company. Investors appear to believe that its shares have fallen into bargain territory after they fell over 10% from their January high. They could be onto something, Citi slapped a buy rating and $4.85 price target on its shares in December.

At the time of writing the clean energy company's shares are up 9% to 4.8%.

Why are its shares higher?

This morning Carnegie Clean Energy announced that it has been awarded $15.8 million by the Western Australian government to deliver a Wave Energy Project at Albany.

According to the release, the company won a globally competitive tender process that attracted submissions from wave energy developers around the globe.

Carnegie will commence work on the project immediately with upcoming activities set to include project design, wave buoy deployment, site surveys, community consultation, and approvals.

Looking ahead, management believes that with its wave energy technology, the company has the potential to build an industry it can commercialise and export globally.
