About Seven Group Holdings Ltd

Diversified operating and investment group Seven Group Holdings Ltd (ASX: SVW) has a number of businesses and investments across the industrial services, oil and gas, and media sectors. Headquartered in Australia, Seven Group Holdings operates both here and in China.

In the industrial services space, its business WesTrac Group is the sole authorised Caterpillar dealer in Western Australia, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. It also owns Coates Hire, Australia's largest equipment hire business; and AllightSykes, a supplier of lighting towers, generators and pumps.

Seven Group Holdings has a 40% shareholding in Seven West Media, Australia's largest multiple platform media company. This includes household name media brands such as Seven Network, West Australian Newspapers and Pacific Magazines. The group also has a 28% shareholding in Beach Energy and has interests in oil and gas projects in Australia and the US.

Seven Group shares first listed on the ASX in 2010. The Seven Group share price has since gone from strength to strength and now sits comfortably on the S&P/ASX 200 Index (ASX: XJO) alongside Australia’s biggest companies.
