Abacus Property Group (ABP) is an Australian real estate investment trust (REIT) that focuses on the office and self-storage property sectors.

Abacus’ office portfolio is primarily concentrated on the central business districts of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with some assets located in Adelaide and Canberra. In terms of self-storage, Abacus has been active in the sector since 2005. Through its operating relationship with Storage King, the largest self-storage brand and manager in the Australasian region, Abacus has become one of the largest owners of self-storage facilities in Australia.

Additionally, Abacus has a smaller retail portfolio comprising super convenience retail centres (i.e., neighbourhood shopping centres). As a REIT, Abacus shares provide ASX investors with the opportunity for both income and capital growth through exposure to Australian property.
