About Abacus Property Group
Abacus Property Group (ASX: ABP) is an Australian real estate investment trust (REIT) that focuses on the office and self-storage property sectors. It provides ASX investors with the opportunity for both income and capital growth through exposure to Australian property.
Abacas concentrates its office portfolio on the central business districts of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with some assets in Adelaide and Canberra. The REIT is also active in the self-storage sector. Through its operating relationship with self-storage giant Storage King, Abacas has become one of the largest owners of self-storage facilities in Australia.
Abacas also has a smaller retail portfolio comprising super convenience retail centres such as neighbourhood shopping centres.
