Mr Scrimshaw is a corporate executive and company director with experience in large scale mining project development and operations, product marketing, finance, business development and technology. He was a founding director of Fortescue Metals Group and served in executive roles including Deputy CEO and Executive Director. He was a part of the management team that developed Fortescue's mining, port and rail operations. More recently Mr Scrimshaw was Chairman of UK-listed Sirius Minerals PLC (acquired by Anglo American in 2020). He has also held senior executive positions at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Optus. Mr Scrimshaw is currently Chairman of the Garvan Research Foundation, a non-Executive Director of the Garvan Institute of Medical Research and Vice Chairman of Ignition Wealth.

Mr Bowen has experience in the construction, development and operation of international mining projects. He has spent over 35 years with ASX-listed construction and contract mining companies operating in both Australia and overseas, including Africa. Previous roles include 12 years as Managing Director of Macmahon Holdings Limited, two years as Executive Global Head of Mining Services with Orica Limited and nine years as Managing Director of mining contractor Eltin Limited. Mr Bowen has also held the head executive role at the Lubambe Copper Mine in Zambia and the Shishen Iron Ore Mine in South Africa.

Lu has been the Managing Director of Shenghe Resources Overseas Development where she leads and manages overseas investment, cross-border corporate management, international trade and the building of a complete rare earth/monazite supply chain. Prior to that, Ms Lu was an Executive Director and CEO of Hong Kong East China Non-Ferrous Mineral Resources Co. Ltd & Sino-Australia International Mineral Resources Limited, responsible for overseas investment, scientific research and management

Ms Badenach is an executive and company director with more than 20 years of experience in resources, supply chain, business development, commodity trading and marketing in global markets across Africa, Europe, Asia, South America and the Middle East. Ms Badenach is currently Executive Director Metals & Mongolia for commodities trader Noble Resources Limited, where she has held strategic roles for the last 13 years. This includes managing several global ore and metals trading divisions and the establishment of Noble's Mongolian trading logistics and operations business.

Mr Mwinyi has held role as a Member of the East African Legislative Assembly (2007 - 2017), where he was Chair of the Legal, Privileges and Rules Committee and the Regional Affairs and Conflict Resolution Committee, and Chair of Swala Oil and Gas (Tanzania) plc.

Mr Chambers is an executive and company director with more than 35 years of experience in international financial markets including institutional securities, wealth management and capital markets. Ian spent approximately 24 years with Morgan Stanley Australia where he was Managing Director, Head of Institutional Equities and Head of Wealth Management Australia. Mr Chambers has record in organisational development, governance, operational management and financial performance.
