He has experience in running global and local Finance and IT teams encompassing Treasury, Tax, Operations Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Reporting, Legal and Information Technology.

Mr Leonard has over 30 years of experience in various marketing roles at firms including GE Capital (as Chief Marketing Officer), Nine Network Australia, Telstra, British Airways, Colgate Palmolive, and Unilever.

Ms Collins is a Director with executive experience in property, tourism and financial services, as well as having worked in professional services with KPMG in Sydney, London and Switzerland. Giselle is currently Chair of Hotel Property Investments (ASX:HPI) as well as a Non-Executive Director of Generation Development Group (ASX:GDG) and Cooper Energy (ASX:COE). Giselles past board experience includes being the Chair of Aon Superannuation, Chair of the Travelodge Hotel Group and Chair of the Heart Research Institute. She has also served on the Boards of BIG4 Holiday Parks, Vinomofo, ASX listed Peak Rare Earths and the Royal Australian Institute of Architects.

Dr. Kalniz has over 20 years of dental industry experience in the United States. Dr. Kalniz then partnered with a private equity firm, as CEO and Chief Dental Officer, to create a new Chicago headquartered Dental Services Organisation (DSO), Elite Dental Partners.

Mr Rubic has over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles, most recently as CEO of private healthcare provider Healthscope, and previously CEO of I-MED Radiology Network and St Vincents & Mater Health. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Healthscope and the Mercy Partners, with previous board experience including Monte Sant Angelo Mercy College, the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, the Chris OBrien Lifehouse, the Macquarie University Council, and the NSW Private Hospitals Association.

Mr Vidler has experience in healthcare and working with health industry professionals in the pharmacy and healthcare service industries. He was most recently Executive General Manager Retail at Wesfarmers Health which included responsibility for the Priceline and Priceline Pharmacy business. Mr Vidler was formerly an Executive General Manager at EBOS Group Limited where, for over 20 years he held leadership roles at Symbion, Mayne Group and FH Faulding.
