    Growthpoint Properties Australia (ASX: GOZ) is an Australian real estate investment trust (REIT) with a portfolio of office and industrial properties valued at around $5 billion. The company holds a roughly 66/34 ratio of office/industrial properties across most Australian states and territories.

    Growthpoint also operates a funds management business, managing a further $1.9 billion on behalf of third-party investors. This segment invests in office, retail, and mixed-use properties and debt investments.
