    Catapult Group International Ltd (ASX: CAT) is a global sports data and analytics company that provides sporting teams and athletes with detailed, real-time data and analytics to optimise athlete performance, avoid injury, and improve return to play. Catapult's products and solutions are used by more than 4,000 sports teams and athletes, across more than 40 sports and 100 countries worldwide.

    Catapult has expanded its original wearable technology to incorporate video analysis solutions, with a majority of revenues generated via SaaS (software as a service) subscriptions.

    Originally born from a partnership between the Australian Institute of Sport and the Australian government's Cooperative Research Centres in the lead-up to the Sydney 2000 Olympics, Catapult was founded in 2006, and listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in 2014.

    Mr Holthouse co-founded Catapult in 2006 and served as CEO up until April 30, 2017. Under his leadership Catapult launched and expanded sales into more than 15 countries -including establishing subsidiaries in the US and UK. Shaun was responsible for raising early capital, listing on the ASX, acquiring GPSports, XOS and Kodaplay (Playertek) and building out the technology stack for elite sport and leveraging this into consumer team sports. Prior to Catapult, he had experience in new technology transitioning into commercial products, including biotechnology, MEMS, fuel cells, and scientific instrumentation.

    Mr Lopes brings technology and growth experience from technology businesses. As CRO at Audible, he reported directly to Audible's Founder. He was responsible for revenue growth across the company and was a leader on the executive management team responsible for overall business performance. Mr Lopes' experience at Audible spanned some 18 years and he was present through its various corporate structures, including as a NASDAQ-listed public company and through its acquisition by Amazon in 2008 as a subsidiary. His previous roles at Audible include Executive VP International Operations. Previously, he spent more than five years as a partner at venture capital fund Greylock Partners, where he focused on enterprise software investments. He also served as president and COO at Rational Software until it was acquired by IBM for US$2.1bn in 2003, as well as CEO at Avatar Technologies and Pacific Data. As Chairman of the SaaS Scaling Committee, he supports the board and management with growthoriented SaaS-model innovations.
